SALES ASSOCIATE
First Cash Pawn
Our Sales Associates work in our retail pawn locations to provide outstanding customer service. Assist our customers in selling, buying or pawning goods. Follow standards for accurately qualifying loans and appraising customer goods for pawn loans and purchase approvals. Prevent loss or damage to company and customer assets. Maintains a professional and productive work environment. Required to obtain a pawnbroker license through state government.
TELLER
First Cash Advance
Our Tellers assist our customers in obtaining short-term loans and check cashing. Tellers can work in either our Pawn stores or our Cash Advance locations (TX only). Tellers are responsible for providing loan products to our customers, the verification of information presented by customers, the processing of loan applications, cash-handling, providing exceptional customer service and more. Tellers are also responsible for maintaining the loan files at the store level as well as making collection calls.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
First Cash Pawn / First Cash Advance
Our Management Trainees work in our stores as a front-line employee to get an in-depth knowledge of our business. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be moved into a management position in one of our stores. Prior management/supervisory experience is required.
COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Collections
Our Collections Representatives work in a fast-paced call center environment making collections calls on past due loans. The primary responsibilities are collections, customer service and other loss mitigation or recovery activities. Collectors are expected to follow all federal and state regulations as well as Company protocol during all collections efforts. Contacts delinquent customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active loan accounts. Collectors can resolve routine billing inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements to resolve delinquent accounts. Understands and educates customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods. Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
